"The Prime Minister of Montenegro said that he personally believes that Sinjajevina is not the best place to build a training ground for the needs of the Army of Montenegro, stating that there are other locations in the country for that purpose.

Abazović invited the Minister of Defense Raško Konjević to look at where there would be another location in Montenegro that would meet all standards.

"The Army of Montenegro, like all other armies of the world, and all other armies of NATO countries, must have a training ground. I personally think that this is not possible in Sinjajevina for environmental reasons. Our obligation is to see what other locations, in which part of Montenegro to carry it out," Abazović said.

The training ground, he says, is needed, because the Army of Montenegro must have it: "Is Sinjajevine the best place, I personally think it is not. It is one of the largest pastures in Europe. Does Montenegro have other locations, there are. I will not mention them now to reveal so as not to open a public debate."
